Research & Anticipating Market Needs
At University of Sussex Human Computer Interaction Lab (SCHI LAB) I was brought in to research and identify olfactory technology with market potential.
There I demonstrated that an experiential, a mixed reality multi-modal display system would be relevant to fragrance sampling and advertising in stores. I identified the relevant industry partner, a major blue chip FMCG, pitched and won a contract to further develop this new technology and design the sensory UX with a team of engineers.
